How can I track my order?

Tracking Your Order with Nexwear

At Nexwear, we understand how important it is for our customers to stay informed about their orders. That's why we provide multiple ways for you to track your order and stay updated on its status.

Self-Service Tracker

Our self-service tracker is a convenient tool that allows you to easily track your order online. Simply visit our website at Nexwear and navigate to the "Order Tracking" page. Enter your order details, including the order number and your email address, and click on the "Track Order" button. Our system will provide you with the most up-to-date information on the whereabouts of your package.

Order Shipped Email

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification titled "Order Shipped!". This email will contain a link that you can click to track your order directly. By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to our self-service tracker, where you can view the latest updates on your shipment.

Account Page

If you have created an account with Nexwear, you can easily access your order information through your Account Page. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the "Order History" section. Here, you will find a detailed overview of all your past and current orders, including their status and tracking information.

If you don't have an account yet, we highly recommend registering for a VIP Account. By creating an account, you can enjoy additional benefits such as faster checkout, exclusive offers, and the ability to easily track your orders.

Important Note

Please keep in mind that order information will only be available once your order has been shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, the tracking information will not be accessible. However, as soon as your order is on its way, our system will be updated with the latest tracking details.

Domestic Shipments Not Updating

In the rare event that you have a domestic shipment that has not updated within the last 14 days, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our customer support team will assist you in submitting a claim with the shipping carriers and arrange for a replacement order to be expedited to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues you may encounter.
